This depends on the 3PL that posted the load.
If they provide a rate, it will be posted on the load. If no rate is posted, discuss the rate when you connect with them for a conversation. Contact information can be found on every load.
When you see no pricing (Call for Rate) this indicates that the 3PL posting the load has not provided a rate.
