For any load, including Book Now loads:

  1. On mobile, click on any load to expand it and see the load details.

    On desktop, click on any load to expand it, then click the View More Details button to see the full load details.

  2. Under the 3PL information section you will see contact information for the 3PL that posted the load. Reach out to them to negotiate and book the load.


    • On mobile, click the Call Broker button to make the call from your mobile device (you will be prompted to dial first before the call is made). 

      On desktop, click the Phone button once to see the phone number. You can click the button a second time to make the call from your computer (software required).

    • On desktop or mobile, click the Send Email button. An email draft will appear. Send the email to the 3PL to signal your interest in the load.


For Book Now loads only:

  1. Click the green Book button from the Load Details page.

  2. A confirmation window will appear.

  3. Click the Book Now button in the confirmation window to accept the load.

  4. A second window will appear letting you know the load is now booked.

  5. A rate confirmation will be sent to your email by the 3PL.
