To cancel a load:
- Contact the 3PL as quickly as possible and let them know.
- Their contact details can be found on the rate confirmation that they sent to you or by going back to the load in the app.
If the load was booked through the app (Book Now loads), you can also mark the load as Canceled in the app. This will move the load from Active to Canceled status in the app but does not cancel the load with the 3PL. The 3PL must still be notified.:
- Click My Loads from the navigation bar.
- On the Active Loads tab locate the load you would like to cancel.
- Click the View Details button.
- Click the Cancel button located beneath the rate section.
- A confirmation window will appear.
- Click Cancel to confirm cancellation.
