Load sharing allows drivers to share loads of interest with their dispatchers.
Whenever a driver with search permissions sees a load they like they can choose to share the details of that load with their dispatcher. A dispatcher can then choose to book the load and assign it to that driver (or any other).
Loads that drivers have shared with a dispatcher will appear in the Shared Loads tab of the Dispatch page for dispatchers and in the Shared Loads tab of the My Loads page for drivers.
