The share feature is currently only available to drivers with search permissions.
Drivers with search permissions will see a Share button on every load. They can click this button to share the details of that load with their dispatcher for review. The dispatcher can then choose to book the load and assign it to any driver.
Dispatchers can see loads that have been shared with them on the Dispatch page under the Shared Loads tab.
Drivers can see loads that they have shared with their dispatch on the My Loads page under the Shared Loads tab.
How to share a load with a dispatcher:
- On the search results page of any load search, or on the load details page of any load, click the Share button.
- A confirmation window will appear.
- Click Share.
- A second window will appear confirming the load has been shared.
- Click Okay.
