To add a preferred lane:
- Click Settings from the navigation bar.
- Click on the Preferred Lanes tab or scroll down to the Preferred Lanes section.
- Click Add Lane.
- Enter a pickup location.
- Enter a drop-off location (optional).
- Click Save.
