When you launch ELD Loads for the first time you will be prompted to set up your ELD Loads account.
This information is used by the app to connect you with other drivers and dispatchers in your fleet and match and recommend loads that are best suited for your business.
To set up your ELD Loads account follow the steps below. You can pause at any time and come back later to finish it.
- Confirm your USDOT number and phone number and click Continue.
Select I don’t have a USDOT if you do not have a USDOT number.
- Select your company role and click Continue.
- Select your equipment type(s) and click Continue.
Note: Dispatchers who do not also drive will skip this step.
- Your ELD Loads account is now set up and you can start using the app.
